Oysters & Caviar, a gourmet seafood retailer based in Montreal, needed our help developing and implementing a holistic marketing strategy to boost sales and enhance brand awareness. As part of our partnership, we developed a series of high-performing Klaviyo email flows that increased customer conversion, engagement, and retention, while also closing the loop on the customer journey by ensuring consistent, personalized communication at every touchpoint.
The Oysters & Caviar team sought an elevated, luxurious, and enticing email experience infused with light customer education, positioning the brand as a premium choice for discerning food enthusiasts. To begin, we assessed their website’s branding and gathered insight from the client as we developed the look and tone of the flows. We designed and wrote 20+ emails across five flows, implementing Klaviyo best practices and leveraging brand data to optimize for audience engagement.
Part of this optimization involved segmenting the client’s bilingual newsletter list so that customers could receive flows and campaigns in their preferred language. This above-and-beyond personalization increased brand loyalty among customers, directly resulting in increased conversions.
Email flows proved to be a strong channel for Oysters & Caviar. Within three months, 36% of their total revenue resulted from email marketing, with 56% of that revenue attributed to email flows.
