Klondike Kettle Corn

Klondike Kettle Corn, a gourmet popcorn company based in the Yukon, came to us for marketing support, including developing their email marketing strategies. We created an action plan in the form of an email newsletter calendar and set their Klaviyo account up for success with email flows and a website pop-up form. 

Our client wanted our strategic input to help her launch her newsletter. We began by analyzing the Klondike website and social media channels, which revealed that seasonal events and occasions resonated with customers, who took advantage of special days to purchase Klondike’s seasonal popcorn. Using this data, we created a comprehensive six-month email marketing calendar, enabling our client to send timely and seasonally relevant email campaigns on schedule, which proved to be a profitable strategy.

Next, we built email flows that aligned with the design of Klondike’s website and its upbeat tone of voice. Along with the standard email flows, we developed a separate series of flows for the client’s wholesale Klaviyo account, which was connected to the B2B wholesale-enabled website we were simultaneously building on Shopify. The result was a comprehensive, personalized email flow journey for all of Klondike’s customers, resulting in increased conversions and revenue for both sides of the business. 

We leveraged the expertise across our team to deliver Klondike Kettle Corn’s email strategies, with great success. Since beginning email marketing, 17.5% of Klondike’s overall revenue has been attributed to email marketing, with 44% of that attributed directly to flows. Their B2C Welcome Flow has been particularly successful, earning $5.24 per recipient to date.
